🗑️ What Gets Deleted
When you delete your XOMA account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile Information: Name, email, phone number, and profile picture
- Listings: All your book, uniform, and stationery listings
- Messages: All conversations and chat history
- Transaction History: Purchase and sales records
- Credits: Any remaining credits in your account
- Reviews & Ratings: All reviews you've given or received
- Preferences: App settings and notification preferences
🚨 Cannot Be Recovered: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored. Make sure to download any important information before proceeding.
📱 How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the XOMA app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll down to Privacy & Security
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
- Enter your password to confirm
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to our support team:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include: Your registered email address
- Include: Reason for deletion (optional)
- Response Time: 3-5 business days
⏰ Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Account access is disabled
- 24 hours: Profile and listings are hidden from other users
- 7 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers
- 30 days: Backup data is purged from all systems
📋 Before You Delete:
- Complete any pending transactions
- Download your transaction history if needed
- Use any remaining credits
- Save important messages or contact information
🔄 Alternatives to Deletion
Consider these options instead of permanent deletion:
- Deactivate Account: Temporarily disable your account

- Notification Settings: Turn off unwanted notifications
- Data Export: Download your data without deleting
